During long-term storage, cut off the power electrode and inject lubricating oil into all parts that need lubrication.
We need to regularly replace and inject lubricating oil. After the machinery has worked for 100 hours, please discharge the old oil in the diaphragm pump chamber and the old oil in the gearbox and replace it with a new clean No. 40 diesel. Replace with new oil every 200 hours. Change the lubricating oil according to the maintenance manual.
If we need long-term storage needs
Cut off the power electrode.
Lubricate the parts to be lubricated.
Check the parts of the sprayer, tighten the loose parts, replace the damaged parts and maintain the leakage parts of the pipeline.
Carefully clean the hydraulic system and replace the hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil filter according to the maintenance and upkeep instructions in the manual.
After the sprayer is dry, wipe off the rusty parts and repaint the scratched and damaged parts. Coat the surface of the metal parts of the sprayer with thin anti-rust oil, and coat the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder that is not fully retracted with butter, but please do not coat the surface of tires, hoses and other rubber parts with anti-rust oil. The sprayer can be covered with a tarpaulin.
